Yes, we obey the rule of smooth return. We want you to be satisfied with the products, get exactly what you want and come back to shop with us. Money for returned goods are usually sent immediately after receiving the parcel or, exceptionally later (maximum of 30 working days). We are returning money for the goods only, not for the shipping. Can I adjust the watch strap on the size of my hand?
Yes. With most models, you can shorten the strap by yourself. Just in some cases, you will need the help of the watchmaker for the removal of one or more segments from the strap. If you have any trouble with adjusting the watch strap to your needs contact us and we are happy to help.
What can I do when my watch does not work?
In most cases it means that battery in the watch is died. Just go to the watchmaker and he will replace the battery for a few crowns. If the problem is in something else, send us your watch for the complaint.
Can I pick up the order personally in Prague?
